What We Exclude
- Chandeliers & delicate light bulbs
- Cleaning fireplaces
- Moving heavy furniture (>20kg)
- High-reach areas (above 3-step ladder reach)
- AC vents and internal AC filters
Special Exclusions
- Biohazards (excessive mould, blood, faeces)
- Odour remediation & structural removal
- Removing deeply embedded pet hair in carpet fibres
- Floor tile grout scrubbing (unless deep cleaned)
- Silicon restoration/re-sealing
